Team

What does it mean when you say you're a team?
A team is a group of people who work together, to achieve a common goal. They look out for each other. They respect each other's opinions. And even if they have different views, they always presented a united front.

It's "us" vs "them".

They don't ask other people for advice regarding each other. They have each other's best interest at heart. They don't keep secrets from each other. They tell each other everything. Cause it would look really stupid if someone who wasn't a part of your team, knew more about you than your team mate, right?

They put each other first. They compromise equally to make sure everybody is happy and everybody stays on the same page. They don't let anyone disrespect a team mate. They don't stand to listen a single bad word about a team mate. They love and respect each other. More than anyone or anything else. It's a family, it's a brotherhood.

Being on a team is a big deal. It's a huge responsibility. You don't take it casually and you don't use the word lightly.
